Cancellation and Return Policy

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns. You may request an RMA by following the steps outlined below.

If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel your order, you may cancel your order by contacting our Customer Care team within 60 minutes after your order has been placed.

If Buyer or Customer would like to change or cancel an order please call our customer care consultant at (+1) 123-4567. We will attempt to modify order changes as per your convenience.

Returns must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received and exchanges within 30 days after the product has been received.

Product must be returned with all original accessories, paperwork, tags and gift boxes provided by company.

Item must be in its original UNWORN condition and without any scratches, marks or blemishes

Return shipping/handling fee are to be paid by Customer or Buyers.

Refund processes usually takes 4-7 business days to process.

There will be a 10% restocking fee for all eligible returned items.

Company is not responsible for lose or damage of product when customer returns the product.

Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 2 days from the receipt of your order or received date.

Any custom making fees (sizing, metal upgrade, stone change etc.) and shipping charges are not refundable.

Custom design or engraved items is non returnable and non refundable product.
