Mr. Pareshbhai Dobariya is a vibrant young professional in the jewelry sector who has made impressive strides in a relatively brief period. His success can be attributed to his extensive management abilities, manufacturing expertise, and innovative marketing strategies. With a forward-thinking approach, effective time management, and strong team leadership, he has laid the foundation for his achievements. As a co-founder of Shivaay Jewels, he began with a modest factory employing 35 workers and has since expanded it into a spacious manufacturing unit spanning 1000 square meters, complete with a three-story facility housing 550+ employees. It is quite rare for a key manufacturing figure to build their own marketing empire independently. However, Mr. Pareshbhai simultaneously launched his marketing efforts in the USA, starting with small orders and growing them into a significant jewelry marketing enterprise known as Shree Jewels. He is not only a co-founder of Shree Jewels but also a critical decision-maker and effective team leader within the company.

Born into a family with a proud legacy in the diamond jewelry business, Mr. Akash J. Satani was immersed in the world of fine craftsmanship and trade from an early age. A BHMS-qualified professional, he chose to follow his passion for the industry, learning the nuances of jewelry design, business strategy, and market dynamics under the guidance of his father, Mr. Jaysukhbhai Satani. Over the past six years, he has been at the helm of management at Shivaay Jewels, where his leadership has strengthened operational efficiency, expanded client networks, and driven consistent growth. Blending traditional values with modern business acumen, Mr. Satani continues to shape the company’s future with vision, discipline, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Mr. Vipul A Tandel has been with the Company since January 1, 2018, and currently oversees financial management and budgeting, sales and business development, cost and revenue monitoring, and profitability analysis. His responsibilities also include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, mitigating commercial and financial risks, and managing commercial support teams. He brings over 18 years of experience in commercial operations and administration. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
